Didn't receive a paper wallet

In rare cases it can happen that the ATM does not issue any paper wallet during the buy/sell process. This can happen when the printer paper in the ATM is empty or when there is a paper jam at the device.

In any case, don't worry. Your purchased cryptocurrency is safe and not lost. Our Värdex customer hotline can help you in such a case.

In order to be as efficient as possible in handling this case, please have the following information ready:

  • Exact date and time of your failed ATM purchase
  • ATM Location
  • Amount of money (CHF/EUR) you put into the ATM
  • Type/Size of banknotes you put into the ATM
