Didn’t receive a paper wallet

In rare cases, the ATM may not print a paper wallet during the buy or sell process. This can happen if the printer is out of paper or if there is a paper jam inside the device.

In any case, don’t worry – your purchased cryptocurrency is safe and not lost. Our Värdex customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Exact date and time of your transaction

  • ATM location

  • Amount of money (CHF/EUR) inserted into the ATM

  • Type and denomination of the banknotes inserted
