Withdrawing cash with our ATMs is easy, fast and secure. Our machines are designed to be as intuitive as possible. Here’s a quick guide:
After successfully completing the sell process, you can withdraw your cash from any of our Värdex ATMs. To proceed, select “Redeem Ticket” on the terminal.
Hold the QR code of your printed “Redeem Ticket” in front of the QR scanner to initiate the cash withdrawal.
Use the same mobile phone number that was used during the sell process to verify the transaction again.
Your withdrawal is completed and the cash will be dispensed.
Don’t worry
In rare cases, ATMs may dispense an incorrect cash amount due to technical issues.
If this happens, please contact our customer support and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
